By using the Platform, you accept these Terms. If you launch your own offer, you are also responsible for preparing the terms governing the services provided to your customers.
General provisions
- These Terms govern the use of the Zonvio online platform available at zonv.io, hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”.
- The Platform provider and administrator is:
- Łukasz Męderak
- Tax ID: 7352908601
- Business registry number: 523277403
- Registered address: Orawka 202b, 34-480 Jabłonka, Małopolskie, Poland
- Contact: app@zonv.io
- The Platform provides infrastructure for running a digital business under your own brand. It may include a business dashboard, customer space, website, store, mobile application, industry modules, workflows, integrations and custom features.
- The exact scope of available features depends on the selected plan, organization configuration and individual implementation arrangements.
Service scope and technical requirements
- Services provided electronically include, in particular, creating and maintaining an Account, creating an organization, using the business dashboard and customer space, publishing pages and offers, managing sales, training plans and sessions, storing materials, and using modules, integrations, workflows and AI features according to the selected plan and configuration.
- The web version of the Platform requires a device with Internet access, a current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge, JavaScript, cookies and local storage enabled, and an active email address.
- Creating an organization also requires an active telephone number. The mobile application requires a compatible device with a current, supported version of iOS or Android and the current version of the application installed.
- Certain features may additionally require a camera, microphone, notification permission, an account with an external provider or a correctly configured integration. The User decides whether to grant the relevant device permissions.
- Internet services involve common risks, including phishing, malware and unauthorized access. Users should keep their devices and software updated, protect login credentials and never disclose authentication codes to third parties.
Registration and account
- A User Account is required to use the Platform.
- Registration may require a first name, last name, email address and password or the use of an available external login provider.
- The User is responsible for the accuracy of their information, protecting login credentials and all activity performed through their Account.
- The Platform may require email verification and may provide additional protection through two factor authentication.
Contract formation and free trial
- The Account agreement is concluded for an indefinite period when the User completes registration, accepts these Terms and the Platform activates the Account. Services begin when the relevant feature is made available to the User.
- An agreement for a paid plan is concluded after the User selects a plan, accepts the order terms and the payment provider confirms the payment or subscription activation. Before placing the order, the User is shown the price, billing period and plan scope.
- A User may receive one 30-day free trial for an organization they create, with the feature scope shown in the Platform. The exact end date is displayed in the organization dashboard. Additional days may be granted under a separate promotion.
- No subscription fee or Zonvio commission is charged during the trial. If the User does not select a paid plan and add the required payment method before the trial ends, the trial ends without charge and access to paid features is disabled.
- If the User selects a paid plan and adds a payment method, the first fee is charged after the trial ends unless a different date is expressly shown before the order is confirmed.
Organization, brand and team
- A User may create an organization, complete its details, connect a domain, configure its brand identity and invite team members.
- The organization owner is responsible for assigning appropriate roles and permissions to team members.
- The User is responsible for the content, offer, materials, data and sales terms published within their organization.
- The User represents that they have the right to use all names, logos, materials, files and other intellectual property submitted to the Platform.
Modules, workflows and custom features
- The Platform may be extended with industry modules, automations, integrations, AI agents and features tailored to the organization’s processes.
- Zovi is an AI assistant using Claude models provided by Anthropic. The User communicates with an AI system, not a human.
- The assistant may analyze data available within the organization, prepare responses and proposals, and use tools to perform operations requested by the User. Its access is limited by the User’s role, permissions and enabled modules.
- The User may provide the assistant only with data and content that they have the right and a lawful basis to use.
- Features marked as planned or “coming soon” are not part of the currently guaranteed service scope.
- The scope, timeline and price of custom features or a dedicated application are subject to separate arrangements with the User.
- The User is responsible for decisions made using automations or AI-generated output. AI results must be reviewed before use.
- Assistant responses may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect and do not constitute medical, legal, tax or investment advice. The User is responsible for reviewing the output and the effects of operations they approve or request.
Customer accounts and content access
- An organization’s customer may receive a Customer Account during a purchase, through an invitation or when access to a service, product or module is granted.
- A Customer Account may provide access to purchases, payments, invoices, materials, progress, communication and other features made available by the organization.
- The organization remains responsible for delivering its own offer, service quality, customer support and shared content.
Subscriptions, payments and price changes
- Payments may be processed by Stripe or another designated payment provider under that provider’s applicable terms.
- Platform fees, limits and available features are defined by the current pricing or an individual offer shown to the User before the agreement is concluded.
- A subscription is concluded for the selected billing period of 1, 3 or 6 months. The full fee for that period is due in advance and is charged at the start of each subsequent billing period.
- At the end of a billing period, the subscription renews automatically for the same period and the stored payment method is charged the current fee unless the User cancels the subscription beforehand.
- If a payment fails, the payment provider may retry it. Failure to pay an amount due may result in restricted or disabled access to paid features.
- A price change does not affect a period that has already been paid. The Provider will notify the User by email or through the Platform at least 14 days before a new price applies to the next renewal. A User who does not accept the new price may cancel before the renewal date.
- Payment integration may require a separate account to be created and verified with the payment provider.
- The seller is responsible for prices, taxes, sales documents, refunds and settlements relating to their customers unless agreed otherwise.
Consumer right of withdrawal
- This section applies to Users who are consumers and, to the extent provided by Polish law, to natural persons entering into an agreement directly related to their business where the agreement is not of a professional nature for that person.
- A consumer who enters into a distance agreement may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days from the date the agreement is concluded. Sending the withdrawal statement before the deadline is sufficient to meet it.
- The statement may be sent by post to the Provider’s address stated in these Terms or by email to app@zonv.io. Use of the model form below is optional.
- If the consumer expressly requests that the service begin before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal is retained. The consumer may then be required to pay an amount proportionate to the services supplied before withdrawal if required by law and if the consumer was properly informed of that obligation.
- The right to withdraw from a paid service expires after the service has been fully performed only where performance began with the consumer’s express prior consent and the consumer was informed and acknowledged that full performance would result in loss of the right of withdrawal.
- For paid digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires only when all statutory conditions are met, including commencement with the consumer’s express prior consent, notice and acknowledgment of the loss of the withdrawal right, and delivery of confirmation of the agreement.
- Creating an Account, starting a free trial or signing in to the Platform does not by itself result in loss of the right of withdrawal.
- Following effective withdrawal, the agreement is treated as not concluded. The consumer must stop using and sharing the digital service and content, and the Provider may terminate access to the features covered by the withdrawal.
- The Provider refunds amounts due without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement, using the same payment method unless the consumer expressly agrees to another method that does not involve any cost.
- The rights in this section do not limit any other consumer rights, including rights arising from failure to supply a digital service or lack of conformity with the agreement.

Conformity of the digital service
- This section applies to Users protected by applicable consumer rights legislation.
- The digital service is supplied without undue delay after the agreement is concluded unless the parties expressly agree otherwise. It is treated as supplied when the User or a device selected by the User obtains access to it.
- The service must conform to its description, the scope of the selected plan and the agreed purpose, and maintain appropriate functionality, compatibility, interoperability, continuity, availability and security, taking into account the nature of the Platform and the Provider’s public statements.
- The Provider supplies updates, including security updates, required to keep the service in conformity throughout the supply period. The User should install supplied updates within a reasonable time and follow the accompanying instructions.
- If the service is not supplied, the User may request its supply. If it is not supplied without undue delay or within an additional period expressly agreed by the parties, the User may withdraw from the agreement as provided by applicable law.
- Lack of conformity may be reported to app@zonv.io with a description of the issue, technical environment and how the issue occurs. The Provider may request reasonable cooperation using the least intrusive technical means to determine its cause.
- The User may require the service to be brought into conformity. The Provider will do so free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience unless conformity is impossible or would impose disproportionate costs under applicable law.
- The User may request a price reduction or terminate the agreement in cases provided by law, including where conformity is impossible, the Provider fails to restore conformity, the lack of conformity persists or is sufficiently serious to justify such a remedy.
- A price reduction is proportionate to the period and extent of the lack of conformity. Any amount due is refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the User’s statement, using the same payment method unless the User expressly agrees to another method that does not involve any cost.
- After termination, the User may request free access to content other than personal data that they supplied or created while using the service, within a reasonable time and in a commonly used, machine-readable format, subject to statutory exceptions.
Changes to the Platform and these Terms
- The Provider may change the digital service during the agreement for justified reasons: developing or adding features, improving usability, performance or security, preventing abuse, adapting to changes in law, technical standards or operator requirements, or changing, replacing or discontinuing an integration with an external provider.
- A change required to keep the service in conformity, including a security update, may be implemented to the extent and within the time necessary for that purpose. Other changes do not impose additional costs on consumers.
- The Provider informs Users of a service change clearly and understandably through the Platform or by email. If a change may significantly and negatively affect a consumer’s access to or use of the service, notice is provided sufficiently in advance on a durable medium and describes the nature, date and consumer rights associated with the change.
- A consumer may terminate the agreement without notice within 30 days after a change that significantly and negatively affects the service, or after later notice of that change. This right does not apply if the Provider allows the consumer to retain the conforming service without the change and at no additional cost.
- These Terms may be changed because of changes in law, a judgment or authority decision, changes to the Provider’s details, service scope or delivery, technical requirements, security, payments, integrations or complaint handling, or to add features or remove ambiguity.
- Changes to these Terms affecting an ongoing agreement are notified by email or through the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect. A shorter period may apply where required by mandatory law, an authority decision or an urgent need to address a security threat.
- A User who does not accept a change affecting an ongoing agreement may terminate the agreement or cancel subscription renewal before the change takes effect. A change does not affect acquired rights or the conditions of a period paid before it takes effect unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Acceptable use
- The User must use the Platform in accordance with applicable law, these Terms, accepted standards of conduct and the intended purpose of its features.
- Users may not compromise security, circumvent restrictions, obtain unauthorized access or publish content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes third party rights.
- The Platform may not be used for spam, fraud, harmful activities or processing data without an appropriate legal basis.
- Unlawful content may be reported to app@zonv.io with its location and the reasons for the report. The Provider may remove content or restrict access to it if it violates applicable law, these Terms or third party rights.
- A User may challenge a decision concerning their content through the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.
Availability and liability
- The Provider may perform maintenance, updates and changes required for the security or continued development of the service.
- The Provider is not responsible for integrations configured incorrectly by the User, external service providers or content published by Users.
- Liability toward consumers remains subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law.
Ending use of the Platform
- A User may cancel subscription renewal through the billing settings. Cancellation must be submitted before the next billing period begins and takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- After cancellation, the User retains access to paid features until the date shown in the dashboard. After that date, the subscription is not renewed, no further fee is charged and access to paid features expires.
- Canceling a subscription does not delete the Account. The Account agreement may be terminated at any time through the available Account deletion procedure or by sending a request to the Provider’s contact address.
- The Provider may restrict, suspend or terminate access if these Terms, applicable law or Platform security are violated, or when a required payment is overdue.
- Before the service ends, the User should export any data they wish to retain if the Platform provides such an option. After access expires, data may be retained for the period required by law, billing rules and the Privacy Policy, and then deleted or anonymized.
Complaints and contact
- Complaints may be submitted to app@zonv.io.
- A complaint should include information that identifies the Account, a description of the issue and the requested resolution.
- Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days.
Final provisions
- The current version of these Terms is available on the Platform. Users will receive appropriate advance notice of material changes.
- Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, including the Polish Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
